Enteco can provide quick assembly for soil mixing to be applied to any piling rig in its range, giving long mast stroke, powerful and fast winches operations, single or multiple rotary heads simultaneous application, specially designed tools.
The noteworthy power of the diesel engine, combined with the high quality of the rig’s components, assure outstanding performances with the Soil Mixing Kit, with very low wear and tear.
All the rigs are equipped with the Exclusive Enteco Rotary Head for Soil Mixing high-performance (100 rpm and more).

The power and strength of the Enteco Rotary Head: 36.000 Hrs on a continuous cycle, column diameter 2000mm and length 25 mt, with six (6) E6050 and E6050LM at work simultaneously (Menard’s Project).
The SM method
Soil mixing technique is performed by using hollow drilling rods with augers or special made paddle tips. The mixing can be executed using dry or wet technique. While Dry Mixing is a treatment of the soil with dry cementitious binder to construct a single column, Wet Mixing (or Deep Mixing) consists of mixing cement with soil to form a mixture, to treat also large soil areas. Wet Soil Mixing is executed by applying low or high pressure cement injection through the drilling rods that flow at the bottom by means of nozzles applied to the drilling tip. The technique requires to withdraw the drilling tools during injections and controlling the injected cement mixture pressure. It is a soil improvement and consolidation technique, but it can also be used as an alternative to trench excavation and for the formation of constructed columns.
