Enteco product range includes application of large diameter Down The Hole Hammers to be installed on high capacity rigs, with long mast stroke, dedicated rotary tables and clamping assembly, capable to guarantee great levels of productivity to drill large piles into rock formations.
Enteco DTH application is designed to use DTH system to drill piles up 1200 mm diameter with a single stroke of the rotary up to 24 meters.
DTH is our specialty: all the Enteco Rotary Heads are designed for large diameter DTH hammer applications, and without any modifications for all other foundation technique.
The ENTECO DTH and DTHR method
Enteco has more than 30 years of experience in the large diameter DTH hammer technology, gained in hundreds of job-sites and projects in hard and rocky soils around the world. A great boost to productivity was recently given by the introduction of the exclusive Enteco DTHR technology, with the tilting Rotary that allows the loading of the casings in horizontal position. By means of this ingenious and innovative solution we have recorded increases of productivity up to 4 times compared to the traditional method.
Focus on E9000 Series: Unique features, special inclinations
The exclusive Enteco Mast Support System of the E9000 series provides the mast with much greater rigidity and high torque along the entire length to ensure optimum performance and maximum stability.
Strong, powerful, already chosen by the greatest: the Enteco E9080 and E9090 are highly stable and can operate in the most complex and harsh geological environments. No rocky soil poses a challenge for the Enteco rigs.
E9090 is designed for DTH and DTHR technology with extraordinary inclinations: ±16° front/rear and ±10° side, plus a combined inclination ±16° and ±10°. Both rigs are fitted with a specially-designed Enteco Rotary Head that is perfect for DTH operations: it drives casings, it is highly resistant to vibrations, dust and continuous use. A rotary head that is remarkable for its sturdiness and its duration. Reverse circulation is also a solution already successfully adopted in many Enteco equipment around the world.

The units are equipped with crowd/extraction winch mounted on the mast, rotary tables with gear box for drilling speed control, dust collector cap, lower clamps assembly composed of one section of blocking clamp and one section of joint breaking clamp. The system is fully hydraulically integrated with the base rig with the option to provide a wireless remote control for the drilling operations.
